Project Overview: The goal of this project was to create 3 tiers of lower thirds for the sports team of our choice for GIT 314. I am not a huge sports fan, so I chose the Seattle Seahawks because I like their team colors. The objective was to show proficiency in After Effects, particularly using masks, blend modes, and animated effects. I integrated the lower thirds into current Seahawks branding by incorporating their "12th Man" symbol which appears on their uniforms and some apparel. Each tier gives a little bit more information: the first is simply a name, the second adds a subhead/statistic, and the third adds context for the subhead/statistic. For visual interest, I added wavy background and metallic logo effects.
